Applications are currently being accepted for Travel Head Coaching positions for the 2024-25 season.

Please read each page carefully and complete all of the required information, in addition to the open response questions. Make sure that you continue through the application until you receive a confirmation that you have completed your application. 

Current Travel Coaches do not need to fill out an application, please email us your intentions if you haven't let us know already @ lakelandarena.hockey@gmail.com.

In chosen to coach for the upcoming 2024-25 season, USA Hockey Requires the following for all coaches (both assistant and Head Coaches):

• USA Hockey Membership - Cost $51*
• USA Hockey Background Screening- $30* (Good for two seasons)
• Coaches Education Program Class (CEP)- $50*
• SafeSport Training Modules- Free
• Age Specific Modules- $10*

(AAU- different set of requirements, AAU membership and background check, only applies to 2016 and 2017 Waterford Hawks Coaches if selected) 

*Prices listed are from the 23-24 season.
